Almond and Raisin Bars

Ingredients
1 cup ghee, melted
4 cups almonds, crushed
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup grade B maple syrup

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine almonds, raisins, and grade B maple syrup. Add ghee and combine using your hands. Pour mixture into any 9x13 inch pan and press down hard (use wax paper). Beat with a mallet to get it really compacted. Bake for about 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Watch it carefully to make sure the edges don't burn. Let harden in the refrigerator. Slice into squares and enjoy! Store in the refrigerator. These bars can also be frozen.
