Nutritional Wisdom with Carly Pollack

Avocado Toast

1 slice gluten free bread
1/2 medium avocado, sliced
1 slice tomato
sea salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
1 handful sprouts
2-3 slices purple onion

Toast the bread in a toaster or toaster oven. Smear the avocado onto the toast and then top with tomato, onions and sprouts. Season with salt and pepper.
