Baked Veggie Fries Veggie Fries

2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled
2 medium celery roots, washed and peeled
1 bunch parsnips, washed
1-2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
sea salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut the veggies into fries and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with coconut oil and season with spices. Stir to combine. Bake for 25 minutes or until veggies have browned. Enjoy with Annie's Organic or Nutritional Wisdom's Homemade Ketchup.
