Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 medium lemon, juiced
1 tsp Dijon mustard
sea salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste

Directions
In a small bowl, combine vinegar, mustard, garlic and lemon juice. Slowly add in olive oil, whisking constantly. Season with sea salt and pepper.
