Banana Milkshake

Tastes just like a real milkshake!

1 medium banana
1/2 - 1 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
1 scoop protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)

Peel and freeze the banana for several hours. Place banana, milk alternative, and protein powder (optional) in blender and blend until smooth. NO ICE REQUIRED. Start with a small amount of milk and continue to add until an ice cream-like consistency is achieved. Additional options: toss in a handful of frozen berries, add a small handful of almonds or walnuts or a scoop of nut butter, or add some cinnamon, cacao nibs, or coconut flakes
