Ingredients
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 medium white onion, thinly sliced
1/2 medium avocado, sliced
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
sea salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste

Directions
Place tomatoes, basil, avocado and white onion in a bowl. Season with sea salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
