1/2 lb chicken or turkey deli slices
2 large Swiss chard leaves
1/2 medium avocado, sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
sea salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
Dijon mustard

Cut out thick center rib in swiss chard for two separate leaf “wraps”. Lay leaf flat and top with chicken breast, sliced avocado, mustard and tomatoes. Add a basil leaves, then a small pinch of salt and pepper. Roll leaf tightly into a wrap.
