Chocolate Coconut Cream Pudding

Ingredients
1 can coconut cream
2 tbsp cacao powder
to taste stevia
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 small handful pecans
1 small handful pistachios
1 drizzle honey

Directions
Put coconut cream, cacao powder and stevia in a blender/Vitamix and mix until smooth. Place in a shallow dish or bowl in freezer for 10 minutes (for a pudding-like consistency) or slightly longer (if you want "ice cream"). Scoop into a bowl and top with blueberries, hemp and chia seeds, pecans, pistachios and honey.
