Chocolate Quinoa Porridge

1/4 cup cashews, almonds or walnuts
2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tbsp chia seeds
4 leaves kale, deveined
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 scoop protein powder
1 1/2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon
3 strawberries, sliced

Place nuts, coconut and chia seeds in a food processor and process until coarsely chopped. Set nut mixture aside. Place kale in food processor and process until finely chopped. Place quinoa, milk and kale in a small saucepan and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and add coconut oil, stirring until oil has melted. Add cacao and cinnamon and stir through. Once porridge is thick, remove from heat, add protein powder, stir, and transfer to a bowl. Sprinkle with nut mixture and serve with strawberries.
