Easy and delicious!

1 1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 large eggs
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup raw, local honey
1/4 tsp vanilla Stevia
3/4 cup grated zucchini

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a food processor or blender, combine almond flour and cacao powder. Pulse in salt and baking soda. Pulse in eggs, coconut oil, and honey, then Stevia, then zucchini. Transfer batter to a greased 6.5x4 inch baby loaf pan, dusted with almond flour. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool for two hours. Serve and enjoy!
