1 15oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 large lemon, juiced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp paprika
2-3 tbsp filtered water
Add tahini and lemon juice to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, sea salt, and paprika and process, slowly adding the water until the desired consistency is reached.
