1/4 cup coconut flour
3 tbsp coconut cream (this is the top layer in canned coconut milk)
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp coconut oil
grade B maple syrup
Mix ingredients well in a mixing bowl. Ensure that you sift flour in with a sifter to minimize lumps. Cook in your standard waffle maker for 2-3 minutes. Optional: Top with ghee and maple syrup!
