Coconut Lime Smoothie

1/2 coconut, meat and water
1 lime, juiced
1/2 frozen banana
1 tbsp coconut butter or coconut oil
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1 scoop Paleo Meal protein powder

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Add liquid until desired consistency is reached (can use regular water if you run out of coconut water).
