1 bag pre-made cole slaw mix
1/4 cup raw, local honey
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper

Place a medium saucepan over medium heat and add honey, vinegar, oil, salt, mustard, celery seed, garlic powder and pepper to the pan. Stir to combine and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mix and toss to coat. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour or until chilled. Taste and adjust any seasonings as needed.
