Croutons

Ingredients
2 slices fresh or frozen gluten free bread
2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
sea salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
oregano, to taste
thyme, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
onion powder, to taste

Directions
Cut the bread into small squares (if frozen, allow to thaw first) and toss with olive oil and spices. Place in the toaster oven until brown.
