Double chocolate, need we say more?
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 tbsp ghee, melted
2 tbsp raw, local honey
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (at least 70% dark)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix coconut flour, cacao powder and baking soda together in a mixing bowl. In another bowl, mix together eggs, melted ghee, honey and vanilla. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out the mix and form into balls. Place on the parchment paper, leaving several inches in between each ball of dough. Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
