Ginger Tea

Gwyneth Paltrow's It's All Good Cookbook

Ingredients
1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp lemon juice
4-5 drops liquid stevia
1 cup boiling water

Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a teacup or small pitcher, stir to combine, and let it sit for 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
