Tastes just like mom's stuffing!

Ingredients
1 tbsp ghee
1 small onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
1/2 cup walnuts
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
10-11 sage leaves, chopped
1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
1 pinch ground nutmeg
4 eggs
1/2 cup chicken broth
2-3 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add ghee to a pan on medium heat. Saute' onion and celery for five minutes. Add walnuts and saute' for two to three minutes. Set aside. In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients and herbs and mix well. Add the sauteed onion mixture, then add the wet ingredients and combine. Mix in the bacon last. Spread the batter into a loaf pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
