Homemade Cashew Milk

Ingredients
1 cup cashews (soaked for 4 hours)
4 cups filtered water
1 Medjool date
1 pinch sea salt

Directions
Combine all ingredients together in a high powered blender. After the mixture is a smooth liquid, pour through a nut milk bag an squeeze until it is empty of all juice. Enjoy!
