Ingredients
1/2 bunch kale, stems removed, leaves chopped
2 tbsp crystallized ginger
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, roasted
2 tbsp almonds, slivered

Directions
Combine all ingredients and drizzle with an Asian vinaigrette dressing.
