Maple Glazed Bacon

1/2 12oz package bacon (we love Applegate Farms)
1 tbsp yellow or Dijon mustard
1 tbsp grade B maple syrup

Preheat broiler. Lay bacon on a baking sheet. Whisk together mustard and syrup, brush half of it on the bacon, coating each piece. Broil for 2-3 minutes, then turn over the other side of each slide and coat with remaining mustard and syrup mixture. Broil the other side for 2-3 minutes, or until crispy. Once done, serve immediately. Optional: save the bacon grease and use it in place of oil when roasting veggies; they'll taste like bacon!
