Matcha Green Tea Latte

A Nutritional Widsom original! Fricking yum.

1 tsp organic matcha green tea powder
6-8 oz filtered water
1 splash unsweetened cashew, almond or coconut milk
stevia, to taste

Heat water in a kettle until boiling. Add matcha powder to a large mug and fill the mug 3/4 with boiling water. Stir with a fork and allow to steep for 2-3 minutes. Add a splash of milk and a few drops of stevia.
