Mocha Matcha Latte

The chocolate version of a Nutritional Widsom original! Fricking yum.

1 tsp organic matcha green tea powder
3-4 oz filtered water
3-4 oz unsweetened cashew, almond or coconut milk
1/2 scoop Paleo Meal chocolate protein powder
stevia, to taste

Heat water in a kettle until boiling. Meanwhile, combine milk and chocolate protein powder in a shaker bottle or blender and blend until powder is dissolved. Place in a saucepan on the stovetop and heat until a foam appears on top. Add matcha powder to a large mug and add water, stir with a fork and allow to steep for 2-3 minutes. Add the chocolate milk and a few drops of stevia.
