Rich and satisfying, this recipe is easy to make and great for parties!

Ingredients
1 cup nut butter, creamy or chunky
2 medium bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp raw, local honey
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2/3 cup dark chocolate chips (at least 70% dark)

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place all ingredients except for chocolate chips into a blender or food processor. Blend until well mixed, then add chocolate chips by hand. Pour batter into a greased muffin tin (will make 8 full-sized muffins). You can also use a mini muffin tin to make 16-20 mini muffins. Sprinkle decorative toppings on top. Cook time: 15 minutes for full size muffins and 10 minutes for mini muffins. Enjoy!
