Nutty Apple Muffins

Ingredients
4 eggs
2 cups unsweetened applesauce
2 tbsp raw, local honey
1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup coconut flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
2/3 cup almonds, sliced
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 large apple, diced into 1/4 inch pieces

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, apple sauce and honey. Add all the dry ingredients except for the nuts. Fold in all the nuts and the apples. Line your pan with cupcake liners (you might even want to spray nonstick spray over the liners). Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
