1/2 medium banana
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 egg whites
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut oil
Place banana, oats and egg whites in a blender and process until a batter-like consistency is reached. Heat oil on a skillet and pour batter onto the skillet. Wait for bubbles to appear then flip and cook on the other side.
Add-ins: add to batter or as garnish.
