Pulled Pork

2-3 lbs pork shoulder
1 large onion, quartered
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 cups collard greens

Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Season the pork shoulder and sear it for 2-3 minutes on each side. Place in the crockpot and top with onions and garlic. Cook on low for at least 8 hours. Add collards when there are 20-30 minutes remaining. Shred with a fork and serve.
