2 servings Beanitos bean chips
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 medium avocado, sliced
1/2 lb leftover pulled pork
cayenne pepper, to taste
2 lime wedges
cholula hot sauce, to taste

Preheat the broiler. Spread bean chips on a baking tray. In a small saucepan, reheat the pulled pork. Grill bean chips for 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp and turning golden brown. Top the chips with hot pulled pork and add toppings. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and serve with lime wedges.
