1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp mustard
1/4 tsp raw, local honey
sea salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
1/2 head Boston lettuce, leaves torn
1/2 medium radicchio, roughly chopped
1 bunch radishes, cut into thin wedges
1/4 lb snap peas, trimmed and cut into 1/2 inch pieces

In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper. Add the lettuce, radicchio, radishes, and snap peas and toss to combine.
