Sauteed Swiss Chard with Bacon and Garlic

1 slice bacon, chopped
5-6 leaves Swiss Chard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp ghee
sea salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste

Separate the Swiss chard leaves from the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add the bacon pieces. Saute' until browned, then add the garlic and cook for several minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the ghee and chard stems and continue to saute' for approximately 10 minutes. Add the chard leaves and saute until wilted. Season with sea salt and pepper.
