These delicious chocolate bites are the perfect combination of sweet and salty!
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup cashew or almond butter
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/4 cup raw, local honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 sprinkle sea salt
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pour the mixture into a paper lined muffin cups. (Mini muffin cups is a great size for the chocolates.) Sprinkle a tiny pinch of sea salt on top of each chocolate. Place in freezer. Chocolates are ready in 15-20 minutes or until frozen all the way through. Play around with different spices on top!
