Southwestern Salsa

Ingredients
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
1 medium orange bell pepper, diced
1 medium yellow bell pepper, diced
1 medium tomato, chopped
2-3 medium limes, juiced
1 cup cilantro, chopped
cumin, to taste
sea salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Optional: add fresh chopped mango or pineapple or avocado (add right before serving so that it doesn't turn brown).
