2 apples, peeled, cored and cut into small pieces
1 cup grapes
1 orange, peeled and cut into small pieces
1/2 English cucumber, cut into small pieces
1 1/2 cups fresh greens (kale, chard, spinach)
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup water or coconut water
If using a juicer: Work all of the fruit through the juicer, starting with the apples. Then add fresh greens, mint and cucumber. Stir in water or coconut water.
If using a blender: Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Strain if desired.
