Taco Salad

1/2 lb ground beef or turkey
1/4 head cabbage, shredded
1/2 medium tomato, diced
1/2 medium lime, cut into wedges
1/2 medium avocado, sliced
cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 medium red onion, diced

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground meat and saute' until cooked through. Plate the shredded lettuce and then add diced tomatoes, cilantro, avocado, onion, salsa, beans and a squeeze of lime.
