Turmeric Almond Milk Latte

A delicious, non-caffinated beverage for your mornings (or afternoon snack!). You might find this is filling enough for a few hours with the amount of healthy fats. Trust us!

Tumeric is one of the world's healthiest foods and is used to reduce inflammation, help with cramping and joint pain, IBS, and many other conditions! Give it a try - it's a staple for us.

Ingredients
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
3/4 cup almond milk
½ tablespoon grass fed butter or grass fed ghee
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 pinch black pepper
1 teaspoon honey (added afterwards)

Directions
1) Combine all ingredients (except honey) in a sauce pan over the stove on low heat. Heat though and stir gently.
2) Add liquid to a blender and bring it to a froth. Otherwise, you can give it a few quick stirs to make your own bubbles!
3) Add a bit of honey and extra cinnamon (optional).
