Veggie Noodles Butternut Squash Noodles

Options: zucchini, sweet potato, butternut squash, cucumber, carrot, beet, eggplant

1 vegetable
1 veggie spiralizer

Place the veggie in the spiralizer and use the handle to turn the handle. To cook, saute in oil on the stovetop or toss with oil and roast in a 400 degree oven until tender.
