Walnut Cranberry Squash

Delicious Living

1/2 small butternut squash, diced
1/4 small onion, diced
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
1/2 tbsp ground coriander
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup walnuts, crushed
1 tsp sea salt

Put small batches of cubed squash in a food processor and process into small

cumin coriander
