Nutritional Wisdom with Carly Pollack

Live Your Best Life

Our Team

We’re a lean, mean (okay, we’ll admit we’re pretty nice), team of four, committed wholeheartedly to your health and vitality. We take our work seriously. Ourselves, on the other hand...

“Carly is very clear from the beginning that you are getting a holistic approach to eating, thinking and living. If you are open to new ideas but have a mind of your own, Nutritional Wisdom may be a great choice for you... This team is on your side!”

Meet Lauren...

I began my journey with Nutritional Wisdom as a client struggling to find balance in a high-stress corporate lifestyle who was eating out of alignment for my body type and exercising way too much. My sessions with Carly transformed from learning how to heal my body into discovering that my love of health and coaching is undoubtedly my life's passion.

After five years of working with Nutritional Wisdom, I'm now a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner as well as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach. I'm thrilled to bring my unique coaching style to the team (think of it as Midwestern-friendliness meets no BS)!

Meet Carrie...

My passion is to help you stop feeling stuck so that you can begin to enjoy your life, your body, and your awesomeness.

After my second autoimmune diagnosis, I was in a dark place. I found my way to healing and a more joyful life. I want this for you! As your coach, I will help you look past the fog of your diagnosis to identify what does and doesn’t work with your body. I'll equip you with the tools to work those things in your busy life.

10 THINGS YOU DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT US

Carly Pollack Nutritionist, Self-Development Coach, Head Honcho

  1. I am a crazy cat lady and I talk to my cats in that annoying high pitched voice. I can't help myself.
  2. I used to be almost 40 pounds heavier than I am now.
  3. My family calls me Chaz.
  4. My family now lives on the Jersey Shore and I can fist pump with the best of them.
  5. I ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich everyday for an entire year in the 4th grade. I would make my mom draw a heart with a knife in the peanut butter, and in school I would open up the sandwich and check to make sure it was there.
  6. Shark Week is my favorite week of the year. My father and I used to watch it together while I was growing up. I'm still pissed at Steven Spielberg for painting a bad picture of them. Save the sharks!
  7. I love being in nature but I don't like bugs.
  8. You won't ever see me without polish on my nails. The crazier the color the better.
  9. My husband puts ketchup on everything I cook and it drives me crazy.
  10. My sister is my BFF and people think we are twins.
