1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
1 medium cucumber, cut into rounds
1 handful baby carrots
1 handful mushrooms, sliced
1 handful cauliflower florets
1 handful broccoli florets
1 handful grape tomatoes
2 stalks celery, cut into 3 inch sticks
1 handful snap peas
1 handful lettuce leaves
2 black olive slices
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dill
sea salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste

Arrange the veggies according to the picture provided. Whisk together the mayo, coconut milk, onion and garlic powders, dill, salt and pepper.
