You deserve to feel good. I didn’t always.
For years I lived in the exhausting loop: white-knuckling my way through weekdays, “starting over” every Monday, and negotiating with a relentless inner critic. I knew what to eat; I couldn’t make it stick. Sugar won. Stress won. The scale decided my mood.
The breakthrough wasn’t a stricter plan. It was a different lens.
I stopped asking “What’s wrong with me?” and started asking “What’s driving this?” I learned how digestion, hormones, stress, and belief systems shape cravings and behavior. Small, consistent experiments—paired with honest mindset work—changed everything. The noise quieted. My body exhaled. Freedom arrived.
