Within your Gmail inbox, you have three tabs – Primary, Social, and Promotions. We’re looking at the Promotions folder.

Find an email from me. Click and drag it to the Primary tab. You can either scroll through your Promotions tab or search for “Carly Pollack” to find it.

Congrats! You’ve moved this one email to the Primary tab where you can easily find it. A question will pop up at the top of the page asking if you want to do this for future emails. Click ‘Yes’ and you’re all set!
