Baked Chicken Thighs

Serve over a salad or with your favorite roasted veggie

1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
onion powder
garlic powder
sea salt
black pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Season chicken thighs and place in a glass baking dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
