Buffalo Chicken Sliders

1 pound ground chicken
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup scallion, chopped
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Then, form them into patties about 1/2 inch thick. Grill them or pan fry in coconut oil.
