If ‘I don’t have time’ is your mantra, here’s the mindset flip that gives you hours back without waking up at 4am.

I often hear people say that they don't have enough time. It's a typical story, but one that's holding you back. In the video below, I teach what you can do to overcome this "time scarcity" obstacle.
If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen that I'm now waking up at 5 am to get my wellness practices out of the way before the kiddos wake and full-blown chaos ensues.
How did I get here?
Well, to be honest, I started noticing myself complaining about "not having enough time." I wanted more time to work and more time to myself, and the two hours after the kids went to bed weren't cutting it because I was so tired by that point; all I wanted to do was lay in bed and watch tv.
I picked up a book I read many years ago called The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. By the time I was ten pages in, I had decided to challenge myself to wake up at 5 am for the next 30 days.
