Recipes that are all gluten & dairy free
Recipe by Nom Nom Paleo
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1/8 cup tomato paste
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 oz dried porcini mushrooms, rinsed and minced
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3/4 lb cremini mushrooms, trimmed and halved
- 1/2 14oz can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 lb chicken thighs
- 1/8 cup chopped basil
- Place all ingredients, except the basil, in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
- Top with fresh basil, and enjoy!
