About a year ago I read Dr. Mercola’s book, EMF*ed, and it scared the sh$t out of me. As with everything in today’s world, you can run but you can’t hide. The goal isn’t to go down to zero EMF exposure, it’s to make sure you are doing everything within your control to minimize it. The same goes for everything else we get exposed to. I control what I can, I release what I can’t, and I make sure that my body is fully able to detox daily to ensure what comes in that shouldn’t be is easily coming out! This always comes down to the foundations: water, sleep, breathing, clean eating, positive thinking, and sunshine.
