I tested my own levels—and the deficiencies surprised me. Here’s what I changed and why it matters.

Before we jump into that, I’ll quickly explain the details of the test, why you would do this test, and what to expect. Because we all love some good bullet points, strap in and let’s begin.
This test measures:
Serum (Extracellular) blood = only measure short term what is circulating in the body for a few minutes up to a few days
Example: you eat a steak for dinner and test your blood the next day and your iron is high. This is not reflective of your overall iron levels over time
White Blood Cells (Intracellular) = 3-4 week lifespan (generally)
Red Blood Cell (Intracellular) = 3-4 month lifespan

*I don’t usually get client test results that require this much additional supplementation. This is fully due to me being 6 months pregnant and the baby needed a ton more nutrients in this growth phase. This regimen will make me as strong as possible going into labor and postpartum!

By treating you as a whole person, nourishing your body with whole foods, removing toxins, managing stress, and ditching the yo-yo diet mindset – we are taking care of the underlying causes of weight gain, fatigue, and even disease.
