Recipes that are all gluten & dairy free
- 1 tsp ghee
- 2 eggs, fried or soft boiled
- 1/2 cup broccoli or green beans
- 1 cup kale, deveined
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1/4 avocado, diced
- 1 tbsp pepitas, toasted
- 1 tbsp sprouts
- Heat ghee in a small skillet.
- Fry (or soft boil) eggs.
- Meanwhile blanch or steam kale and broccoli (or green beans) until heated through.
- Place quinoa and veggies in a serving bowl.
- Top with egg, avocado, pepitas, and salad sprouts.
- Drizzle with coconut aminos.
Option to hard boil and pan-fry eggs if preferred!
