Recipes that are all gluten & dairy free
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Optional: fresh fruit, dried fruit, sliced nuts, cacao nibs (add into batter or use to top pancakes)
- Place banana, oats and egg whites in a blender and process until a batter-like consistency is reached.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and pour batter onto the skillet.
- Wait for bubbles to appear then flip and cook on the other side until cooked through.
- Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
