Korean Slaw
Recipe by Gwyneth Paltrow's It's All Good Cookbook
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 cup shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup shredded romaine
- 2 scallions, white and green parts only, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp cilantro, roughly chopped
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Whisk together the olive oil, lime juice and fish sauce in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and allow the slaw to sit for at least 10 minutes and as long as 6 hours before serving.

2-3 servings
